The State of Israel v. Avi Mizrahi (Case No. 3047/03 in the Jerusalem Court)
Jerusalem General Court
Abraham N. Tennenbaum

In a precedent and innovative decision, the court acquitted the defendant of attempting to penetrate the Israeli Mossad site. Among other things, the ruling stated that surfers who check the vulnerability of sites work to some extent for the benefit of the public. He further stated that if the security checking of a site is for good purposes, it is kosher and sometimes desirable (The judgment was given on February 29, 2004).
